HOMEPORT CRUISES CO. acts as agent for cruise lines and other companies providing transportation, accommodations and other services.

Tickets and/or contracts in use by these companies shall constitute the sole contract between such party and the passenger.

Passengers agree that HOMEPORT CRUISES CO. and any affiliate or subsidiary shall not be or become liable or responsible for any injury or damage to person or property in connection with any cruise line or other company providing transportation, accommodations or other services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers incidental to sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, act of governments or other authorities, wars, riots, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, schedules, or from any causes beyond the control of HOMEPORT CRUISES CO., any affiliate or subsidiary or for Any act or error caused by the cruise lines or other contractors providing transportation, accommodations or other services. HOMEPORT CRUISES CO. or any affiliate or subsidiary shall not be liable for any additional expense sustained by the passenger as a result of any of the forgoing causes.

Tickets and/or contracts in use by any cruise line shall constitute the sole contract between such party and the passenger.


We reserve the right to charge booking, service or mailing fees.

Passport & Visas
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TRAVELER TO OBTAIN VISAS, WHERE REQUIRED, FROM THE APPROPRIATE EMBASSY OR NEAREST CONSULATE OF THE COUNTRY YOU ARE PLANNING TO VISIT. Some countries require that your U.S. passport be valid at least six months or longer beyond the dates of your trip. If your passport expires before the required validity, you will have to apply for a new one. Please check with the embassy or nearest consulate of the country that you plan to visit for their requirements

Centers for Disease Control & Prevention
It is the responsibility of the traveler to obtain health information, recommendations or warnings for the country that you are planning to visit.

Always check the cruise line and applicable government departments to updates and travel advisories. 

Privacy Policy
We do not share client data with third parties except cruise lines & shore excursion companies & where required by Local, State or Federal law.

Interline Eligibility 

Valid Airline employee verification required to book interline rates.

Homeport Cruises Co. is not liable for any penalties and/or forfeitures based upon customer's inability to verify eligibility in a timely manner in advance of the anticipated travel. Proof of eligibility must also be available for inspection upon check-in for all travel.

Homeport Cruise, Co. ("We") act as an agent for the airlines, tour operators, cruise lines, lodging providers,, ground operators, and any other suppliers of travel services shown on your itinerary. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of such suppliers or their subcontractors or their failure to provide services, adhere to their own schedules, or honor their contracts.


Non-Use of Coupons Future Cruise Credits and Coupons Agreement between Client and Cruise Line.  In the event that you opt to accept a coupon or Future Cruise Credit, that you may or may not use, we do not make the terms or conditions of these credits, nor have the ability to make promises regarding their guarantee; the client shall defer to the Cruise line policy for terms and conditions both now and in the future; the client agrees.  to not hold Homeport responsible against cruise line claims for the Future Cruise Credit. 


Any claim for refund ufor any refund, personal injury, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults or deliberate or negligent acts or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under our control; and (4) any Acts of God, war, terrorism, or crime shall be between the client and the supplier. Homeport receives no direct funds from clients, nor holds any client money, all monies are paid directly to the cruise lines. 


For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, we recommend contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225 or www.travel.state.gov, and click on “travel warnings/consular info.sheets.”  For information on passports and visas, please call the same telephone number or use the same website, clicking on “passport information” or “visas for US citizens to go to the other countries.” For medical information, we recommend contacting the Centers for Disease Control at (877) FYI-TRIP or www.cdc.gov/travel.  You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s).
